    Dr. Bonnie Mackey offers a unique educational style for motivating people to make changes in their life to support health and a healthy lifestyle.  With over 30 years working as a licensed healthcare professional, Dr. Mackey has proven that obtaining positive health and lifestyle outcomes is a matter of having personal knowledge of body, mind, spirit and the environment that shapes each unique person.

     As a motivational speaker and educator, Dr. Mackey believes that "Health is LIVING Knowledge" © as she enthusiastically promotes self-responsible health and presents informed healthcare choices through an educational forum designed to support healthy living.  She offers useable tools for everyone who wants to create health through supportive life changes and has designed Seven Tools for Fine-Tuning ©, for that purpose.  Dr. Mackey is noted to be an inspirational lecturer and educator for a wide array of audiences.  She uses her entrepreneurial spirit, scholarly expertise and practical hands-on know-how to deliver health information that anyone can use, while empowering individuals to become their own best physicians.

     As Founder and Director of Mackey Health, Dr. Mackey has provided integrative health educational programs for varied audiences and the general public.  She has performed over 1700 hours of public speaking and lecturing, primarily in the areas of self-empowerment and integrative, holistic healthcare, for community agencies, universities, hospitals, foundations, spas, fitness clubs, national organizations and corporations.  Dr. Mackey is an author, a clinical contributor and a literary consultant to various integrative health publications.

     Seven Tools for Fine-Tuning:  Tap into seven lifestyle components to keep you healthy.  Discover what areas in your life you need to work on so you can live your life to its fullest.  Learn to unload elements that do not support a lifestyle constituting "whole health."  The seven specific tools promote self-exploration, critical thinking, active participation and self-empowerment.  Learn to design and implement changes in your life to support HEALTHY LIVING!

     Healthy Longevity:  Be responsible for your health as you learn how your bodymind functions and what to do on a daily basis to keep healthy!  Learn how to evaluate your health and implement corrective measures so you can ride your biochemical pathways out from the doctor's office and into a flowing stream of wellness.
